Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. Additionally. they cannot be converted into cash; they are exclusively redeemable for benefits and discounts within Spectrum’s Eyecare Loyalty Program.
Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to spend enough to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you spend the 1,000 points necessary to qualify for Tier 2, Diamond Light, during your first year, you’ll maintain Diamond Light status during your second year. But, if you spend less than 1,000 points during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1, Golden Light status, on your second anniversary date.
All Membership Points are valid for a duration of 12 months from the month of issue.
On any purchase made by redeeming points, you will only be awarded additional points for the out-of-pocket amount spent other than points.
