There are 3 VIP tiers in total. For each new tier unlocked, members will get access to tons of new, exclusive, and enticing treats from us. Try to accumulate as many points as possible and enjoy our special deals for your tier.
All Membership Points are valid for 12 months from the month of issue.

VIP TIERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Currently, there are three levels of benefits within SPECTRUM VIP tiers (Golden Light, Diamond Light, Platinum Light) that are determined by the amount of your purchases spent in SPECTRUM. Once you reach a specific level within SPECTRUM VIP tiers, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. The amount of spend that happens within the 12-month period will inform which status you qualify for in the following 12-month period. The rewards for each level are summarized below.
- Golden Light members have access to everyday Free shipping, an unlockable 20% off annual Birthday reward, a 3% rebate for every purchase.
- Diamond Light members have access to Free Shipping, an unlockable 25% off annual Birthday reward, a 5% rebate for every purchase, and priority access to Private Events.
- Platinum Light members additionally receive an 8% rebate for all purchases, have Priority Access Private Events, and an unlockable 25% off annual Birthday reward.
There is a one-time redemption per 12-month reward period for this benefit. Below is a more detailed description of the rewards noted above.
- Free Shipping: SPECTRUM Rewards members with Golden Light, Diamond Light, and Platinum Light status receive Free Shipping on all orders during the 12-month reward period.
- Birthday Discount: To celebrate your special day, SPECTRUM Rewards members with 3 statuses will receive a one-time 20%-25% off code for their birthday. Unlock this reward by giving your birthday to SPECTRUM when finish the first purchase successfully.
- Points Rebate: You will earn Membership Points for each qualifying purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all products and services available for purchase, including physical gift vouchers and eGift, will qualify for points issuance after less of all discounts which include Membership Points redeemed for the purchase. Membership Points are issued at the point of purchase. There will be no Membership Points issued for past purchases or purchases made when you are not a registered member. Membership Points will be credited to your Membership Account immediately upon payment.
- PRIORITY ACCESS: SPECTRUM members with Diamond and Platinum light status will be given priority access to specific product launches and promotions during a calendar year. The exact product, frequency, and timing will be announced in advance via customer contact.
