Returning Products
Spectrum’s commitment to transparency and a structured approach to our services extends to our return policy. We believe in providing a seamless and trustworthy experience for our valued customers. Return & Exchange Policy
Within 14 days of purchase, customers can bring the product directly to the store to be assisted by staff to exchange for a more suitable pair of glasses.
We support product retums when the product has its original sticker, product code accessories, and Spectrum purchase receipt.
Products are supported for exchange when they are not dirty, damaged, scratched, have no odor, and have not been used.
If the product is not available, Spectrum will replace it with a similar product. Customers will be responsible for paying the difference if the replacement product is more expensive. Products that are less expensive will not be refunded.

Warranty Products
Spectrum provides a warranty policy to ensure your satisfaction. All eyewear purchases include a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Spectrum stands by the promise to provide eyewear that enhances your vision and withstands the test of time Your satisfaction is our top priority, and our warranty policy underscores the dedication to your complete contentment. Warranty Policy
Frame & Sunglasses
- Free warranty for manufacturing defects such as pad arm hook breaking, flaking varnish or paint (frame peeled), damaged spring hinge, ruined filters (lens peeled), stones, beads, glued logos or decorations on glass are chipped, or dropped.
- The warranty service includes repair and replacement of components of the same style, and if it cannot be repaired, the store will exchange it for 100% new. In case there are no similar products in stock, the store will replace it with a product of the same price or equivalent. Customers are kindly requested to pay the difference if they choose a product of higher value.
Customers are entitled to free adjustment, cleaning, and maintenance services for life.
Lens
- 1-to-1 warranty: Customers are supported to exchange for a new product if there are any manufacturing defects.
- Customers are entitled to a lens replacement if they are unable to adjust to the new glasses within 7 days from the date of receipt
- The old lenses will be collected when warrantying the lenses for customers.
The lenses are warranted from 6 months to 1 year due to manufacturing foult upon types such as peeling of coating, spot inside the lens
Warranty when warranty certificate attached which is showed the delivery time and invoice for the user. No warranty in case of negligence by the user
