We’re proud to share that on May 5 2025, we were awarded the Synesgy Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Certificate through our parent company, Leong Lee International. This marks a significant milestone in our journey toward responsible retailing.
The Synesgy ESG Certificate, issued by CRIF D&B Vietnam LLC, is a globally recognised endorsement for a business’s commitment to sustainable practices. It assesses performance across three key pillars – Environmental, Social, and Governance – using methodologies aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Earning an ESG score of 85% and a “B – Good” rating, we’re honoured to be recognised among Vietnam’s leading sustainable retailers. This certification is a testament to Spectrum Eyecare’s ongoing efforts to integrate ethical, transparent, and environmentally conscious practices into every aspect of our operations.

From eco-friendly store design to community outreach programmes, we’re taking active and meaningful steps to ensure that our business practices align with global sustainability standards.
Our efforts start from the ground up. When we opened our flagship store in Thao Dien, we prioritised the use of recycled and biodegradable materials.
We proudly curate a selection of eyewear from leading brands that prioritise sustainable materials and ethical production. Our accessories are thoughtfully designed to minimise waste, and we’re continually exploring new ways to minimise our environmental footprint across packaging, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
Community Outreach
Our dedication to social responsibility extends beyond our storefront. The Spectrum Community Outreach Programme collects pre-loved eyewear frames and redistributes them to underserved communities across Vietnam.
In line with its mission, “Care For Your Eyes, Shine For Your Future”, each child receives a thorough eye exam, followed by customised lenses tailored to their needs. To date, we have reached four communities, served over 300 students, and gifted more than 60 pairs of glasses – offering not just eyewear, but the gift of clear vision. It’s our way of giving back and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
